Botallack

Botallack is probably the most jaw-dropping Cornish location I have visited so far, with the cliff head boasting various relics of the heavy tin and arsenic mining which dominated the area in the 19th century. But the most stunning sight is the Crown Mines engine house, pictured here, right down near sea level.
